Summer Vacation 2014: Durango Riverside Resort: Day: 6!!!

We left our FAVORITE new campground this morning.  It was sad, because we knew, that was one of the nicest sites we have ever camped at. Hello river. We will go back there to Priest Gulch. Now, hello Durango! We arrived at the Durango Riverside Resort this afternoon. Immediately the kids ran to the playground, and we started setting up our trailer. After that, the kids hit the pool for a while; then we drove into town to grab some dinner at our Mexican restaurant, "Francisco's." On our drive in to town, we of course saw the steam engine. Always a pleasure to see and hear that going! After dinner we grabbed some coffee, and drove on our favorite country 'paved' road, from town, that literally loops right back to our campground. It's very nice to be back here. Jeff and I are now relaxing by the fire, and the kiddos are in bed; after they got to watch a movie, at the campground's outdoor movie screen. Every night, they play a new movie for the kids here. Good times!
