Okay...so Samantha girl is still really sick. Her fever tonight was at 101.2. She is a sad little thing. Mr. Kent is starting to cough now too, and I'm thinking...great. Where did this bug come from this time?! Ugh. I'm praying for a quick turn around here, because sick little kiddos are not fun. Besides the kids being sick (and Kent getting hurt today, by running/ falling, and scrapping up his chest pretty good)...Jeff and I accomplished some things. 1. Jeff added a new pump and UV filter light for our pond.
2. Jeff added a beautiful shade of blue pond dye, to our pond. Way better than last year! The pond looks stunning, and the koi fish seem happy.
3. I painted a "depot" sign, to replace the "log-a-mill" sign. Don't worry... that sign is now inside the cabin; but the cabin is now the train depot. Jeff and I both think it looks better ;-)
4. Jeff built a corral, out of logs, for our little town.
5. I painted a sign for the corral called, "CQ CORRAL." The "C" stands for Curly, of course! Howdy folks! Welcome to the Curly Q Corral!
So you can see we had an accomplished weekend... just wish Samantha was feeling better, and Kent as well.
