We spent the weekend camping! Left after school, on Friday, and came home this early evening, Sunday. Burro Creek Campground is about 157 miles away, off of hwy 93. A great little getaway, with no hookups...so we filled our water tank in the trailer, and brought batteries for power, propane for heat, cooking, fridge...and we did just fine! There was absolutely no reception of any kind, the whole time we were there, even no radio...but talk about a very rare treat, to actually completely disconnect from the world. The weather was perfect and we just enjoyed the campground, and took a drive to Bagdad. Horrible name in my opinion, but it was really cool to see a modern day, 100% company owned, mining town. There is a massive copper mine there, and it's been producing since 1882. The drive there was so scenic and relaxing. Man I love this state! We are home now, kids bathed, laundry being washed, and just sitting on the couch, taking in the last part of our weekend.
