Okay, here is the story. Curly has been having some serious eye irritation, and it has been getting worse this past week. He has drainage (clear), and he would constantly scratch at his eyes. I took him to the vet today, because Curly scracthed at it so much, he started to break the skin, and it would bleed. Poor little guy. He looked so uncomfortable. So his doctor said it looks like an allergic reaction, to something...we have no idea what, but it's allergies. She said he would need a steroid ointment rubbed on over his eyes twice a day, for seven days. Fortunately, his actual eyeball is all good, and not infected there. So we have to get this under control. Curly's doctor also said he would have to wear that "E" collar, so he can't scratch and irritate it, while the skin around the eyes heal. I laughed extremely hard when she placed it on him...still laughing. Oh Curly.
