We went camping at Happy Jack this last weekend; and it was just lovely...except for the fact that I got sick on Friday (and still am); Samantha is also sick with a cold/cough. We got it from Kent, when he got his cold almost two weeks ago.. School is back in session alright. Jeeze. Sickness is back. So we arrived at Happy Jack, Friday around dinner time, and we got back home yesterday afternoon. We enjoy going out there, and visiting the Mogollon Rim. We took many drives around the rim, and visited Potato Lake and our favorite, Knoll Lake. We encountered thunderstorms and lots of rain! Hello Arizona monsoon season! Very wonderful indeed. Cooked dinner both nights, in our unit, and of course, had wood-burning fires with some marshmallow roasting-toasting! Besides being sick, it was a fabulous weekend! Now here it is, Monday night, and I feel like more crap. Yuck. Shouldn't I be feeling better already?! Yes. Yes I should.
