It was a lovely day, here on our homestead. Jeff steamed up the engine, and we all got rides. The chickens were hanging out with us and going in the "Depot" cabin. The koi fish were very active as well...enjoying this warm August day. We were driving home from Williams, in the early evening (went grocery shopping); and the Davenport Lake area, was once again draped in yellow flowers, and with the dramatic sky, it required me to snap a couple of photos! I enjoy Sundays like this; being with my little family, and enjoying what we have been blessed with...our property, animals, and of course, each other! A good day indeed!
