Working Out

Today I joined the Williams gym, to be able to workout with my friend Angela, and my other friend Jennifer. I was torn on whether or not to join another gym...but since I am on this weight loss journey...it could only help me, not hurt me. So I had my first official gym member workout this morning, and it felt great! I plan on working out there twice a week, and continue to do my Insanity and cardio on the bike, at home. This woman is on a mission, and that mission is to get toner and healthier! That's right. Good times in the health world. Also...this brings to...so far I have lost six pounds since starting this, just over a month ago. Pretty jazzed about that.
