So, a couple of things...

First off, I am into the show "Army Wives," on Lifetime. I truly enjoy it. Well last night's episode was so sad, that I had tears all through out. It just made me think of the real families that have their sons, daughters, wives, husbands, sisters, brothers in the service; fighting for our country; and how many of our heroes have fallen for our country. The acting was so well done, and the funeral, it made you feel like you were actually there. A powerful show. I recommend it to anyone of you that have not caught on. Thank you to all of the men and women serving our country; and for the families that wait patiently for their loved ones to return home. A great sacrifice, and one that has not gone unnoticed. I just wanted to share that. On another note...I had a play date today with new friends. I work with Andrew, a Registered Nurse, in my unit. We get along very well (he reminds me of my brother). He was telling me how he really wants to get his wife to meet me, and his two little girls to meet Samantha. So we had our play date this morning. His wife Megan is just the sweetest thing, and their two girls are very precious. Five months old and the other is under two years old (I can't remember her age). The oldest little girl played very well with Samantha. Megan and Andrew were thrilled to get out of the house and meet new friends and see their daughter do so well with another child. They have only been in the Flagstaff area, a year this June. I was so happy that I meshed well with Megan; since I already knew Andrew. I am sure there will be future gatherings with them because now Jeff and Kent need to meet them. They also want to ride our train this summer (who doesn't want to ride our train, right?!). They are a super nice family :o)
