What's going on!

Okay...

Our laundromat has been officially sold! Escrow closed Friday. A major blessing for us.

My new LA-Z-BOY sofa just arrived yesterday! Sooooo comfortable. Why don't you come on over and sit down; relax and have a cup of pumpkin pecan pie flavored coffee from "Cracker Barrel." It really does taste like it smells...so delicious, I am telling ya! :)

Jeff and I had a "date night celebration that the business sold" dinner last night. Went to our favorite restaurant, "The Asylum" at the Jerome Grand Hotel. We drove there just for the dinner. It is about 1hr 45 min. away. We took the most scenic dirt road there. Huge thunderstorms surrounding us...we were like, "lets get out of the wash areas before we get screwed!" We made it:) The dinner...two glasses of wine, I had lobster tail, Jeff had the fillet Mignon and we had their vanilla bean creme brulee! Oh Lord was everything so tasty! We deserved it:)

Today, went to pick up the kids from the folks house. Spent a few hours there, had some KFC, because "we do chicken right!"

Tonight, finished typing up my English essay #1 paper. Well, the rough draft version, because I have to post it on our class discussion before Tuesday, so my class can peer edit it. Annoyed because there were only six people chosen to have their paper edited in class on Tues. while the rest of the class, including the six, papers are due on the 22nd. Of course I was one of the six. Lots and lots of homework! I could just scream.

Family is well. Living life!
