Strawberry Jam Day And Monsoons!!!

Today was one of those days, that I absolutely loved. Kent and I headed over to Angela's house, because Samantha was already there, from last night's sleepover. Angela and I wanted to make strawberry jam. The strawberries were on sale and look so good...so...it was time to jam. Angela had never made jam before, so I taught her how to do it. The best part of creating homemade jam, is creating homemade jam during a monsoon storm. That's right. The monsoons have officially started today, and Williams got dumped on! Thunder, lightning, huge drops of rain...it doesn't get any better than that! Angela and I were in our bliss, our kids all playing together, having lunch, and enjoying the rain. Thank you Jesus for the rain!!! We need it bad! On another note...I made Angela her "Fourth of July" wreath (which I took a picture of). She bought the stuff, and I made her the wreath. Now I want one too. So now I'm home, and it looks like Parks received rain as well, and it's still very dark outside...maybe it's not done yet?! From 92 degrees yesterday, upper 80s earlier today...the rain came and it's currently 64 degrees. Oh yes.
