Finally my first day off this week. Yes, I only work three days a week, but when they are all placed in a row...it gets exhausting by my third day. Plus, I had to wake up super early yesterday morning for a staff meeting, come home, get a nap and eat before I had to go back into work. Last night was so crazy. I had the whole floor of my unit. I have never had the whole floor before...so I had to take care of 17 patients! Fortunately, the nurses I work with are just the best...and they helped me out with answering call lights, if I was stuck in another room. Even the charge nurse asked if she could help me with anything. Awesome group of women. I really do like my unit. Go 3 NORTH!
It has been stormy lately. Love it in the early mornings. That cool, moist air...nice. Just breath it in!
